There’s a deep sense of safety that comes from knowing you are one with Source. When you truly understand this, fear loses its grip. Uncertainty no longer shakes you. The anxiety of what if? fades, because you know—at the deepest level—that whatever is for your highest good is already present.
Many people think security comes from external circumstances: having enough money, good health, strong relationships. But those things are not the source of security. True security comes from knowing that you are never separate from Source—and Source is never lacking.
When you understand this, you stop chasing outcomes. You stop wondering whether you will receive what you need. You simply trust, because where energy leads, the physical follows. And you trust because you know that Source is always expressing exactly what is needed for the highest good—your highest good.
Oneness with Source: The Key to Safety and Provision
At its core, Source is love—pure, infinite, ever-present. It is the foundation of all existence. It is not something distant, something you must strive to reach. It is you. You are one with it. Whether you think of Source as God, Intelligent Infinity, Great Spirit, Creator, Loving Awareness, or whatever name for the Divine that resonates for you—there is nothing apart from Source.
Because Source is infinite, it is never withholding. It does not “decide” whether or not to provide for you—it simply is, and in being, its provision is always available. If you are sick, healing is available for you. If you are in need of finances or resources, they are available for you. If you are seeking guidance, clarity, or support; they are all available for you.
Just as your body does not deny itself oxygen, Source does not deny itself what is needed for wholeness—and you are part of that wholeness. The key is to not “hold your breath”—in other words don’t block your manifestation. It’s available to you, and when you are receptive, you are able to receive.*
Implications for Understanding the Relationship of Source vs. Expression
When we understand that energy comes first, and then structure follows, we see that Love—the pure vibrational essence of being—initiates creation, and then light shapes and expresses that love into form. This means that:
- All things begin as love before taking shape in physical, emotional, or energetic ways.
- Love fuels and empowers light—without love, light remains undirected or formless.
- Manifestation is love taking shape—when we create, whether it’s a thought, an action, or an artistic expression, we’re essentially impressing light (possibility) with love (intention).
Understanding Source vs. Expression
While Source is always present, its expressions take form in different ways. Just as water can become ice or steam depending on the conditions, love moves into form in the way that best serves the moment. This is why expression (manifestation) is not separate from Source—it is Source in action.
When we understand this, we stop fearing how something will happen. We stop trying to force outcomes, because we know whatever is for our highest good is already in flow. We shift from seeking to allowing. From fear to trust. From separation to oneness.
Actionable Insights
- Am I approaching life from a place of separation or oneness? When I trust that I am never separate from Source, I stop seeking security in external circumstances and recognize that I am already supported.
- Where am I trying to force a specific outcome instead of trusting that Source is always providing? When I release attachment to how something manifests, I make room for the highest good to unfold.
- What would it feel like to fully rest in the knowledge that I am safe? When I embrace my oneness with Source, I step out of fear and into peace.
Footnote:
* I feel the need to add a little bit of context around this statement, simply to say that there may be reasons why you are blocking something. So if you came to this earthly experience for a specific purpose, there may be some character building unpleasantness that you’ve chosen for yourself in this incarnation that requires the situation you find yourself in. If that is the case then you embrace it with grace and trust that it is for the highest good.
And I think this is part of the greatest challenge, is the not knowing which things are there because you’re blocking the blessing and which things are there because they are part of the catalyst you have ordained for yourself in this season. But when you have an expectation of good and assume positive intent, you are able to walk through these situations and gain from them the wisdom and strength that is there and available to you.
